Highlights

Since 1983 the Garland Summer Musicals has presented Classical Musical Theatre productions with a professional staff and a full orchestra. GSM encourages professional artists (through Guest Artist Contracts with Actor’s Equity) to work with aspiring performers of all ages in an educational environment in order to provide a unique musical theatre experience. The professional artistic team of Patty Granville (Producer) and Buff Shurr (Director) creates two major musical theatre productions each summer, bringing Classic Broadway entertainment to over 6,500 patrons each season.
